Parents, don’t miss out on an opportunity for your children to learn one of the most exciting martial arts right in the comfort of your very own community. FishHawk TKD is a great way for you and your child to improve your physical fitness level, learn self-defense while having fun and meeting your fellow FishHawk residents. The class is open to those with previous martial training as well as beginners. Through a comprehensive crawl, walk, run training program FishHawk TKD is designed to implement all aspects of a healthy mind, body, and martial spirits through conditioning, proper breathing, strength training, mental focus, cardio workouts, and self-discipline in a friendly and fun environment. Parent-Child participation is welcomed and strongly encouraged. Classes are currently full and we are establishing a wait list.
