RockStar Fit Camp is an exciting bootcamp style workout designed to incinerate fat and sculpt rock hard muscle. Each class is specifically designed to build a lean physique, improve your energy and enhance your overall health. Each class is fun and different as we use a variety of training methods and equipment such as: kettlebells, battle ropes, dumbbells, tubing and bands, push/ pull sleds, medicine balls, sandbags, the natural environment and even our own vehicles to get you into the best shape possible. The exercises are scaled to fit all fitness levels, so anyone can join us and start to get amazing results. Water, towel and appropriate footwear recommended.
