Handy Manny Garcia (voiced by Wilmer Valderrama) — the repairman who’s so good, he could even put Humpty Dumpty back together — takes his bug-eyed, bilingual tools from the shop to the speedway when he enters the Wood Valley 500 car race. But Manny will need the help of Zip the wrench, Pat the hammer and Flicker the Spanish-only flashlight — and lots of translating from Felipe the screwdriver — to convert an old beater into a bang-up racer.
