Audience: 3rd-5th Grades

Cost: $25

We plan to have a fun, educational and creative workshop where we will facilitate discussions with the girls on the following areas:

• Understanding that being unique and different is a “good” thing
• Loving what they see when they look in the mirror or at a photo- how to focus on what they love vs. dislike
• Help the girls understand what they see in the movies, on TV and in the magazines is not reality and how it presents a false reality on what girls and women really look like.
• Explore the obsession of selfie photos and share insight with the girls on the pros/cons to selfies
• Positive self-talk and having a good attitude

After our discussion and fun interactive group activities, We will work on a creative art project with the girls that will express their love for themselves. Please join us for this unique and fun workshop.  All of our workshops follow a specific format that involves group discussions, fun activities or games, writing exercises, handouts outlining important tips for reinforcing at home and we always do a creative art project.  Registration is available on our website- www.girlswithconfidence.com
