RockStar Fit Camp is an exciting bootcamp style workout designed to incinerate fat and sculpt rock hard muscle.
Each class is specifically designed to build a lean physique. Tuesdays focus on building your cardiovascular endurance; Thursdays are all abs and glutes, and Saturday is a total body strength workout.
