Register for the Community Garage Sale

Start gearing up for the spring garage sale! Yes, that means it’s time to start cleaning out your closets and garages! FishHawk Ranch’s semi-annual Community Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, April 10 from 8:00 a.m. until noon.
Residents interested in participating as a merchant in the garage sale must register their address at the Osprey Club beginning Monday, March 1 – Friday, April 9. The fee is $5 per driveway and includes the following:
In addition to all of the above, Goodwill Suncoast Industries as well as St. Vincent DePaul will be taking donations during and after the garage sale. There will be donation trucks set up in the following locations:
- Park Square

Hawk Park
Please keep in mind that your $5 registration fee goes towards the advertising and promotion of the sale, without which the sale would not be as successful.
One of the benefits of registering is appearing on the participants’ list, especially if you have specialty or unusual items to sell. You would be surprised how many residents and non-residents stop into the Osprey Club prior to the sale to write down specific addresses to visit. Addresses cannot be placed on the participants’ list without payment. We are encouraging all residents to rally their neighbors to register and support the garage sale to ensure that the popular event continues.
To prevent an increase in our participation fee, make sure to sign up early and submit your $5 to the Osprey Club. For your convenience, you may also register 24/7 via the Paypal link at the bottom of this page. If you do not choose to use Paypal and cannot make it down to the Osprey Club during business hours, please send your registration fee in with a neighbor.
