The last session of the FishHawk Ranch Goes Green Symposium will be held on June 12, from 8 to 11 AM at the Palmetto Club. Residents attending this session will learn to build their own rain barrel and will receive a certificate to obtain the materials to create their own barrel through the Hillsborough County Extension Office. Space is limited for this session.
Rain barrels are an environmentally friendly and economical water supply for your landscaping needs. FishHawk Ranch encourages water conservation. Please note that any changes to the exterior of one’s home, including adding a rain barrel require Architectural Committee approval prior to installation. Alteration Applications are available in the Document Library on www.fishhawkconnect.com or from the Osprey Club. For further information or to make a reservation for the class, please call the Osprey Club at 657-6629 or email to rwelborn@fhrhoa.com.
The FishHawk Ranch Goes Green Symposium is a four-part series of workshops made possible through a grant from the Alafia River Basin Board of the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
