The Palmetto Club
Resident Open House
February 17, 2010
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
The Palmetto Club is one of Tampa’s premier event facilities and is located right here in FishHawk Ranch. The Club is holding an Open House in addition to an exciting development update that will be presented by Newland Communities on February 17th from 6:30-8:30pm. Residents are encouraged to stop in during the two hour event, eat some delicious food, tour the facility, fill out a questionnaire, and most importantly, register for a raffle to receive a 50% rental discount. In addition, if you book a rental the evening of the event, you will receive a 30% discount (not to be combined with the 50% discount). Parents with child care issues? Don’t fret. On-site baby sitting services will be provided. 3 C's Catering will be providing a pasta station, sandwich platters, fruit and cheese platters, desserts and beverages. So come on out on the 17th and check out “Your Palmetto Club”. This is a FREE event. We are interested in hearing your ideas on how to utilize the Club. Would you attend Sunday brunches? Do you have a need for a meeting space for a small amount of people? Have a business that needs promoting? The opportunities are endless.
